Ahmed Saeed

Senior Mobile Developer | Flutter | Android at GET Group Holdings

Ahmed Saeed has a diverse work experience in mobile development. Ahmed most recently worked as a Senior Mobile Developer at GET Group Holdings Ltd since February 2022, where they collaborated with the Mobile team to develop new features and optimize apps using Flutter and Android.

Before that, Ahmed held a similar role as a Senior Mobile Developer at VA Computing Egypt from January 2021 to February 2022, where they worked in an agile environment and focused on developing new features using Flutter, React-Native, and Android.

Prior to their senior roles, Ahmed worked as a Mobile Developer for Healthy App from December 2019 to December 2020, where they contributed to a startup project while being enlisted in the Army. Ahmed used Flutter to translate designs into efficient code and optimize the app's performance.

Ahmed also gained experience as a Mobile Developer at BetaHubs from October 2018 to October 2019, where they worked in an agile environment to develop new features using Flutter and Android. Before that, they worked as an Android Developer at AR Leaps from May 2017 to October 2018, focusing on translating designs into efficient code and making apps compatible with different devices and external data sources.

In terms of internships, Ahmed completed a Student Internship at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in June 2018 to September 2018, where they studied various courses related to Java SE, XML, and Android. Ahmed also completed a Student Internship at Mobile Application Launchpad from September 2016 to December 2016.

Lastly, Ahmed participated in the ECPC Egyptian Collegiate Programming Contest as an ACM Trainee from September 2014 to December 2016, showcasing their involvement in competitive programming platforms.

Ahmed Saeed completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Cairo University from 2015 to 2019. Ahmed obtained additional certifications in Android development, including "Android Development" from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in July 2018, "Android Fundamentals" from Udacity in December 2016, and "Developing Android Apps" from Google in December 2016.
