Ahad Bandealy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ahad is currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Keel Digital Solutions since September 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Get A-Head® starting from September 2017. Before their entrepreneurial venture, they worked as an Operations Manager at Liberty Entertainment Group from December 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Bartender & Supervisor at FAB Restaurant Concepts from June 2014 to December 2015. Ahad also worked as a Sous Chef at Liberty Entertainment Corp. from August 2013 to February 2014 and as a Chef De Partie at Liberty Entertainment Group from July 2012 to June 2013.

Ahad Bandealy has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Technologies from Jack Welch Management Institute (2018-2020). Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology with a focus on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019. In 2012-2015, Ahad pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport Psychology from the University of Toronto. Their educational journey began at Bethune-Cookman University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from 2004-2009.
