André Louw is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in plant management and engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Director at Gestamp since November 2019, André previously held various managerial roles at Metalsa, including Plant Manager and Engineering Manager. André's career also includes significant engineering positions at ISE Innomotive Systems U.S., Inc., Workhorse Custom Chassis, and Regbaudi Engineering, as well as manufacturing leadership roles at the Motor Company of Botswana and Nissan Motor Corporation. An alumnus of Pretoria Technikon, André holds a National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
