Jan Nouruzi-Pur is a Robotics Software Engineer at Gestalt Robotics since November 2021, where prior experience includes a role as a Working Student from May 2019 to March 2021, focusing on various aspects of autonomous mobile robotics applications. Contributions involved the development of multi-robot control system architectures using ROS1, ROS2, MQTT, ZeroMQ, and HTTP, as well as optimization techniques for robot mapping and state machine systems. Earlier experience includes roles at ArtiMinds Robotics as a Trainee and R&D Engineer Intern, where significant projects involved automated assembly with a force-sensitive robotic arm and development of object manipulability features. Additionally, Jan worked as a Student Research Assistant at the Institute for Automation and Applied Informatics, contributing to data storage implementations for evolutionary algorithms. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computational Engineering Science from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
