Aaron Arellano is a dedicated professional in the field of behavioral health with extensive experience in supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Currently serving as a Certified Behavior Technician at Gersh Autism since November 2022 and a Behavioral Health Technician at The Madrone School since October 2021, Aaron specializes in individualized teaching of academic and life skills while implementing behavior intervention plans under supervision. Previously, as Recreation Manager at Tavon Learning Center from March 2019 to October 2021, Aaron empowered adults with disabilities to achieve greater independence through tailored lesson plans. Early experience includes serving as an Outdoor Educator at City Kids Wilderness Project in 2018, leading camping trips while ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University, obtained in 2018.
