Quentin Johner has extensive experience in the technical management of properties, currently serving as Gérant technique at Gerofinance | Régie du Rhône since January 2017, with responsibilities including entry and exit inspections, project management, and site documentation. Prior to this role, Quentin held positions as Assistant technique at Rutsch SA from August 2013 to December 2016, and as Installateur Sanitaire at Pallud SA from August 2009 to August 2013, beginning with an apprenticeship in sanitary installation. Academic achievements include a Brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeubles in real estate from SVIT School, completed between November 2021 and March 2023, and various other real estate qualifications from APGCI and USPI, alongside foundational training in Microsoft Word and Excel through IFAGE.
