Paul Ross currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Houston High School within the Germantown Municipal School District, a position held since July 2018. Previously, Paul held the role of Principal at North Pontotoc Middle School and served as an Assistant Principal at Oxford High School. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Paul has overseen various assessments, led college and career programming, and implemented technology initiatives to enhance classroom instruction. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as a Learning Coach and Teacher at White Station High School, recognized as one of Shelby County Schools' Irreplaceable Teachers. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
