Kyle Dawson is a technology support professional with extensive experience in educational technology and IT support. Currently serving as School Technology Support for Germantown Municipal School District since April 2021, Kyle manages day-to-day operations involving educational technology hardware, including an inventory of over 500 Chromebooks and 400 iPads. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as an IT Support Technician for Thornton Fractional High School District 215 for 12 years, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware issues via the Spiceworks ticketing system. Additional experience encompasses roles at Chicago Public Schools, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and University of Illinois at Chicago, along with an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Desktop Support.
