Rachel Elwood is the current Director of Human Resources at Germantown Academy, a position Rachel has held since December 2014. Prior to this role, Rachel served as the Director of Human Resources at CBS Corporation from October 2007 to November 2014. Before their time at CBS, Rachel worked in various HR roles at Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation from September 2005 to July 2007. Rachel graduated from Temple University with a BA in Marketing in 2004.
