Janine Fischer is an experienced professional in software innovation and technology transfer, currently serving as Projektleitung Software Innovation Hub at Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY since August 2020. Previous roles include Technology and License Manager, where responsibilities encompassed software licensing, technology transfer, and business development. Janine Fischer also managed the BMBF funded project "SoftWert," focusing on research software utilization. Prior to these positions, Janine Fischer held consulting roles in digital transformation and served as a lecturer in biotechnology.
