Laura Lischinski is a seasoned professional in public affairs and communications, currently serving as Public Affairs Manager for Sustainability and Industrial Policy at Verband der Chemischen Industrie e.V. (VCI) since March 2022. With prior experience as Director of the Innovation Council Belgium and Policy Advisor for Europa Insights, Laura has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, drafting policy strategies, and executing communication campaigns. Other notable positions include a consultant role at IP Europe and an External Communication Trainee at the European Patent Office. Laura holds a Master of Arts in European & International Politics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Universität Innsbruck, complemented by summer studies at Georgetown University and Sciences Po Grenoble.
