Benjamin Bachman has a rich work experience in various leadership roles within the flooring industry. Benjamin is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Gerflor USA, where they oversee operations in North America and manages a team of 500 associates. Benjamin'sresponsibilities include spearheading digital transformation initiatives and fostering a customer-centric culture. Prior to this, Benjamin served as the Chief Executive Officer Gerflor USA, Connor Sports, and Sport Court International, where they successfully merged processes and integrated divisions. Benjamin also held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Sport Court. Benjamin's previous experience includes roles such as Managing Director at Gerflor USA, where they doubled sales and achieved exceptional bottom-line results, as well as International Director at Gerflor, where they oversaw operations in over 50 countries and managed 22 distinct P&Ls. Benjamin also has experience as a Sales Manager and an Internship Trainee at Taraflex and worked as an Animator at Club Med. Benjamin's work experience showcases their ability to navigate complex business operations, achieve impressive results, and lead successful turnarounds.

Benjamin Bachman has a diverse education history, encompassing various areas of business and management. In 2001, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Following this, in 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Strategy from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management. In 2012, they attended the INSEAD Transition to General Management Program, further expanding their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. Benjamin continued to enhance their skills through various executive education programs at Kellogg, specializing in areas such as Omnichannel Marketing, Design Thinking, and Customer Focused Organization. Benjamin'scommitment to ongoing education was evident in 2021 when they completed the General Management Program (GMP30) at Harvard Business School. Looking to the future, Benjamin is scheduled to attend the Chief Digital Officer Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2023 to 2024, with a focus on Leading Digital Transformation.
