Cariann Lieske SHRM-CP serves as the Human Resources Manager at Gerber Construction since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Human Resource Consultant at Impact HR Group and Stratus.hr, where responsibilities encompassed providing HR solutions, payroll, benefits, and employee management systems. Prior to that, Cariann worked in various administrative positions, including a Custodian MWR for the State of Utah and a Receptionist/Billing Specialist at St. George Counseling Center, where duties involved appointment management and insurance coordination. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Excelsior University and an Associate of Science from Dixie State University.
