Melanie’s role is to organize and oversee the operations of several units within their area of responsibility. Melanie assumes responsibility for the overall success of the units by supervising Food Service Managers in their area and ensuring that all business objectives are attained for the unit. Melanie is also responsible for managing diverse operations and has a strategic mindset to drive business objectives forward. The goal is to ensure our units will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.
