Fagmeeda comes from a customer service background first starting in the retail industry and then moving to customer service in the banking industry. In 2016 she pursued her studies in Human Resources Management, where she obtained her HRM Diploma. Before joining GERATEC in 2019 as the HR officer and Payroll administrator, Fagmeeda was the HR Assistant within the Hospitality industry. Fagmeeda believes in customer service whether it is servicing the internal (colleagues) or external customers and does it to the best of her ability to maintain good working relationships.
