Vimal Patel is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Geranium since October 2020. Patel has a strong background in the field, having held the position of Senior Director of Land Development at Geranium and Director of Land Development at Friday Harbour Resort since February 2012. Previous roles include Project Manager at Geranium Corporation and Land Development EIT at Stantec. Patel's career began with internships and junior roles in various companies, starting as a Field Engineer at Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. and culminating in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2008.
