Elena Kashevska, CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at GEOTAB since June 2018, Elena manages a team of five HR Business Partners, providing support to technical business lines. Responsibilities include coaching and empowering the team, as well as offering strategic HR guidance to management at various levels. Prior to GEOTAB, Elena developed the entire HR department at BGD GROUP from August 2013 to June 2018, implementing key policies and procedures. Elena holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a degree in Communication Studies from York University.
