Position Summary

GEOST seeks an enthusiastic and highly capable Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join its growing team. An ideal candidate will manage administrative duties at a new facility in Chantilly, VA and support a welcoming office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and events.
Schedule travel and complete other administrative tasks for Senior Leadership.
Complete expense reports.
Take inventory of and restock office supplies, snacks, and drinks.
Sort incoming mail and plan for outgoing mail.
Greet and escort visitors.
Answer reception phone; take and deliver messages.
Perform data entry and other clerical support tasks as needed.
Work efficiently, managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
Communicate effectively with project management and team members across disciplines.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office environment.
Experience as an Office Administrator.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Thorough, organized, and attentive to details.
A team player incorporating a team-based success philosophy.
High degree of professionalism and business acumen.
Excellent people skills to promote a positive office culture.
Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks with minimal oversight.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple demands concurrently.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently.
An active U.S. Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Clearance.
