Neha Rai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Neha started their career as a Developer at the Department of Health and Ageing in 2005. Neha then joined IP Australia as a Database Administrator in 2006 and worked there until 2011. Neha then joined Unisys Australia as a Senior Database Administrator from 2011 to 2013. Neha further expanded their skills and knowledge by working at Geoscience Australia, where they held several positions. Neha served as a Technical Lead & Senior Database Administrator from 2013 to 2016, Chief Scrum Master and Agile Support from 2016 to 2020, Assistant Director from 2020 to 2021, Manager of Digital Work Practices & Science Support from 2021 to 2022, and most recently as A/g Director of Enterprise Digital Delivery since April 2022. Currently, Neha holds the position of Manager, Strategy and Performance Improvement at Geoscience Australia.

From 2003 to 2007, Neha Rai attended The Australian National University, where they completed a Bachelor of Information Technology degree.
