Courtney Scott is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the National People & Capability Manager at Georgiou since July 2018, Courtney is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's people strategy, encompassing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, People Systems, Recruitment, Learning, Development, and Training.
