Courtney Scott is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the National People & Capability Manager at Georgiou since July 2018, Courtney is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's people strategy, encompassing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, People Systems, Recruitment, Learning, Development, and Training. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager for the Eastern Region and Senior HR Advisor at KCGM, along with significant positions at CB&I, Tenix, Patersons Securities, and Southern Metropolitan Regional Council. Educational qualifications include a Certified HR Practitioner from the Australian HR Institute, a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from The University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Murdoch University.
