Anel Lilic has a diverse range of work experience in the field of soccer coaching. Anel began their career in 2015 as a Personal Trainer at Richard's Fitness and then transitioned to soccer coaching roles. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Lanier Soccer Association Inc as the Director of Goalkeeping/Select Boys Coach. In 2017, they served as the Head Coach for Women's Soccer at Flowery Branch High School. Anel continued their coaching career at various organizations, including serving as an ODP Coach at Georgia Soccer in 2016 and as a Coach at Gwinnett Soccer Academy in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Volunteer Assistant Soccer Coach at the University of North Georgia. In 2019, they became the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Georgia Southern University. In 2020, they joined Atlanta United FC as the Academy Goalkeeper Coach and later took on the role of RDS Coach. In 2021, they also served as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at the University of North Georgia and as the Head Soccer Coach at Dacula High School. Anel Lilic has a solid foundation of experience in coaching at various levels and brings a wealth of knowledge to their roles.
Anel Lilic obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Physical Education from the University of North Georgia, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Emmanuel College, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they received a certification in the USSF National D License from the USSF in August 2017.
