Angela C. Stanley serves as the Assistant State Librarian for Innovation and Collaboration and Director of Archival Services & Digital Initiatives at Georgia Public Library Service since September 2016, overseeing digitization projects and managing the Archival Services department in collaboration with the Digital Library of Georgia. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Archives & Special Collections and Heritage Room Librarian at Athens Regional Library System, Children's & Young Adult Librarian at Satilla Regional Library, and Senior Librarian at New York Public Library. Angela holds a Master of Library Science degree in Archives, Preservation, and Records Management from Queens College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Women's Studies from Fordham University.
