Steven Peschock serves as the General Manager of Safety Operations at the Georgia Ports Authority since April 2019, previously holding the position of Corporate Safety Manager. Prior experience includes work as a Safety and Health Specialist at Eastern Research Group, Inc. and extensive roles within the US Army from 2005 to 2018, where Steven held various positions including Safety Manager and UH60 Pilot in Command. Throughout the career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in aviation safety, risk management, and compliance with OSHA regulations, providing technical advice on safety policies and maintaining essential safety programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Columbia Southern University and certifications from the United States Army Aviation Safety Officer Course and Warrant Officer Candidate School.
