Chris Leonard has over a decade of experience in education, currently serving as the Program Manager for Title II, Part A and Evaluation System Specialist at the Georgia Department of Education, focusing on the Teacher Keys Effectiveness System and Student Learning Objectives. Prior experience includes roles as a SIG Literacy Coach and Title I Literacy Coach at Paulding County School District, where classroom observations and professional learning sessions centered on literacy improvement were conducted. Previously, Chris worked as a classroom teacher for 5th grade at Poole Elementary. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in School Improvement from the University of West Georgia, a Master's in Early Elementary Education from Kennesaw State University, and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Waikato.
