Kristen Rogers has over 13 years of experience in faculty affairs and human resources, holding various roles at Georgetown University since November 2010, including Director of Faculty Affairs Administration and Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs Administration within the Office of the Provost. Kristen also served as an Appointment Analyst and Interim Director in the same office, beginning as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to Georgetown University, Kristen worked at Duke University as an HR Administrator and Staff Assistant in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department from September 2006 to July 2010. Additional experience includes HR-related positions at Morton Metalcraft Co. and Hamilton Pacific. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Geology from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
