Helen Tang, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Manager of Tax Advisory at George Weston Limited, focusing on providing tax guidance on strategic initiatives and transactions, along with managing cross-border transactions and transfer pricing documentation. Prior to this role, Helen worked at PwC as a Manager in M&A Tax, assisting clients with tax due diligence and planning for acquisitions, and held various associate positions in M&A Tax, Corporate Tax, and Private Company Services. Helen’s experience also includes a teaching assistantship at the University of Waterloo and an educational background that includes a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics with a specialization in Chartered Professional Accountancy.
