Edwin Alfaro has over 20 years of experience in IT support and technical services, currently serving as an IT Support Technician at George C. Moore Co. since January 2011. Responsibilities include technical support for hardware and software, information backups, and user assistance, with expertise in various systems such as Windows, Active Directory, and SQL Server. Prior to this role, Edwin held the position of IT Support Manager at TVOFFER Group from 2006 to 2011, providing regional support across Central America and Panama. Edwin's earlier experience includes an IT Support role at Almacenes Prado, focusing on computer repairs and network cabling.
