Charlotte Da Rocha began their work experience as an intern at COFIDIM in 2014 and completed multiple student internships at different companies until 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an apprentice at MMA Assurances and as a trainee at Axa. In 2018, they joined Sedgwick as an Expert Insurance Damage before joining Scandrone in 2022 as an Apprentice Business Developer. In 2023, they started working at Geolid as a Business Developer.

Charlotte Da Rocha began their education in 2014 at Lino Ventura - Ozoir la Ferrière, where they pursued a BAC PRO degree in Gestion administration. Charlotte completed this program in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Charlotte attended UFA Saint Laurent, focusing on Assurances and earning a BTS Assurance degree. Their educational journey continued in 2023 when they enrolled at ISCOD, obtaining a Bachelor Responsable du développement commercial France et International in the field of Développement commercial, which they completed in 2024.
