Mandy Hao is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Geoharbour Group since May 2023, Mandy previously held the position of Sr. HR Manager at Pratt & Whitney from August 2017 to May 2023. Prior to that, Mandy worked at Valspar as an HR Business Partner for Asia Packaging, overseeing HR strategy and execution for the Packaging Business Unit across Asia from December 2012 to August 2017. Mandy's career also includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell from December 2010 to December 2012, supporting HR strategy and execution for a plant. Mandy holds an MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from Nanjing Normal University (2003-2007).
