Martin Hawkes is an experienced Project Manager at Geocomp Corporation since June 1993, specializing in advanced numerical analysis, soil-structure interaction, and geo-structural design. With expertise in numerical modeling concerning seepage, geo-structural systems, seismic amplification, consolidation, settlement, and stability of complex structures, Martin plays a crucial role in engineering projects. Previously, Martin worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from May 1987 to April 1993, spending significant time on the Central Artery/Tunnel Project in Boston. Martin’s career began as a Jr. Engineer at GEI Consultants, Inc., focusing on quality control for earth construction and geotechnical laboratory tests. Martin holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Civil Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
