Nadia L. Dunn, MS, MBA, currently serves as a Business Operations Analyst at GeoBlue since August 2021, where responsibilities include analyzing workflows and supporting the implementation of new processes to enhance business operations. Previously, Nadia was a Community Association Group Analyst at Toll Brothers from November 2016 to August 2021, managing data for over 700 community projects and improving the internal database for strategic planning. Prior experience also includes a Sales Lead position at ANN INC., focusing on client experiences and store operations, and serving as Office Manager at The Law Office of William J. Hall, overseeing legal document processing and client coordination. Nadia holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on International Business from the University of Scranton and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification. Additionally, educational background includes a Master's degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, and International Studies, both from the University of Scranton.
