Ash Shadat has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Strategy at Geobear Global since January 2022. Previously, Ash held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Cadent Gas Limited from September 2020 to January 2022 and led customer operations at Respondez between January 2019 and February 2020. Ash also managed a contact center for DELTA SOURCING GROUP LTD from November 2015 to December 2018, collaborating with offshore engineering teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Kent, along with A Levels from Boston College, and GCSEs from Kirkstone House School.
