Pam Asbury has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting as a Quality - Project Manager/Black Belt at GE Capital in 1997 before moving on to roles as Project Manager and Product Manager in Stable Value. Pam then joined Genworth Financial as VP & Product Manager, Stable Value in 2002, later becoming VP Institutional Markets in 2008. Prior to this, Pam held various roles in Investment Services at Life Insurance Company of Virginia from 1988 to 1996.

Pam Asbury graduated from St. Paul High School in 1983 with a diploma in College Prep. Pam then attended Virginia Tech from 1983 to 1985 for General Studies at the undergraduate level. Later, Pam pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business from 1991 to 1996.
