Oleg Polukeyev has a rich work experience spanning over several years. Oleg started their career as a Researcher at the Computing Centre of Russian Academy of Sciences in 1984 and worked there until 1992. Oleg then moved on to LVS Corporation, where they held roles as Sales Manager in the Financial Industry in 1993 and Head of R&D Department in 1994. In 1995, they joined PwC as the MIS Manager and Head of R&D department, and they continued in this role until 1997. In 1998, Oleg became the Head of MIS Department at JSC "Central Telegraph" until 1999. Finally, they worked as a System Engineer at Genus Technologies from 1999 onwards.

Oleg Polukeyev pursued their education at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 1978 to 1984. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Applied Mathematics. As for additional certifications, Oleg Polukeyev acquired ServiceNow certifications from ServiceNow in January 2022.
