Cheryl Hiles possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the VP of HR for GPC Technology at Genuine Parts Company since June 2014, where responsibilities include partnering with the CIDO and executive members of the Technology team. Prior experience includes holding the position of SVP of Human Resources at Global Aviation Holdings, overseeing HR operations for a $1.2B air charter company, and serving as VP of Human Resources at EMCOR Services Aircond, managing HR functions for the largest HVAC contractor in the southeast. Earlier roles include Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance Manager at The Kroger Company / Southern Ice Cream. Cheryl Hiles holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kennesaw State University and a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
