Simon Willcox has worked in various engineering roles since 1994. Simon began their career at Engineering Design of Maine as an Engineering Manager in 1994. In 1998, they moved to GROB Systems, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at ATS Automation in two different roles: Chief Engineer - Power Train Assembly and Manager - Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Campbell Grinder Company. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sr. Application Engineer at ATS Automation and from 2015 to present, they have been a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Genuen.

Simon Willcox attended Fakenham Grammar School from 1973 to 1978, where they achieved \"O\" Levels in English Lang, English Lit, Math, Physics, French, History. Simon then attended Trumbull High School from 1979 to 1980, where they earned an American High School Diploma. Finally, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering.
