John Billera has over thirty years of experience in the business and public sector. John began their career in 1988 as an Operations Analyst at Warren Gorham & Lamont. In 1998, they moved to Spectra Marketing as a Marketing Manager and then to iXL as a Strategic Marketing Consulting Manager in 2000. In 2001, they became an OPERATIONS & MARKETING STRATEGY CONSULTANT and in 2006, they were the Director in charge of Community Meetings and Advance for the Deval Patrick for Governor Campaign. In 2007, they joined the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as the Director of Business Impact Services and Superintendent. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Strategic Consultant at Benchmark Strategies, providing strategic counsel and public affairs services to international and domestic businesses. In 2018, they were appointed as the Director of Gentreo.
John Billera obtained their MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Marketing from 1995 to 1997. John also obtained their B.A. in John'story from Boston College from 1983 to 1987. In 2012, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt certification from ASQ.
