Vani has extensive experience in talent development, recruitment, and performance management, showcased during a noteworthy period at Bank of America, where Vani advanced through several senior roles in Learning & Leadership Development. Vani began the career as a Corporate Trainer at NIIT Planetworkz and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology.
