Nina Holst currently serves as the Head of Spatial Planning and Building Authority at Gentofte Kommune, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nina worked as the Head of Spatial Planning at Brøndby Kommune from June 2018 to February 2024. Previous experiences include serving as Acting Head of Unit and Deputy Head of Unit at Miljøstyrelsen, and Deputy Head of Unit at Naturstyrelsen. Additionally, Nina held the position of Head of Section at Energi-, Forsynings- og Klimaministeriet and served as a project assistant at Konsulentnetværket ApS. A brief tenure as a Junior Consultant at MS Danish Association for International Cooperation involved reporting on development work. Earlier in the career, Nina gained experience as a Student Counsellor at Roskilde University and as a Student Assistant and Intern. Nina holds a Candidate degree in Geography and International Development, as well as a Bachelor in Business Economics from Roskilde University, supplemented by an exchange program in Economics at the University of South Australia.
