Ben Green has a diverse work experience in marketing and strategy. Ben is currently the CEO and co-founder of Gentle Beast, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Marketing at Kitchen to Kitchen from June 2020 to February 2021. Ben also served as the Head of Marketing & Sales at Roomrs from November 2019 to June 2020. Before that, Ben was the Director of Marketing at Sawyer from September 2017 to November 2019. Ben worked as a Strategy Lead at Oxbow Creative from October 2015 to September 2017 and had a principal role at Counter Creative from December 2014 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Ediké, Inc., including CEO from July 2014 to September 2015 and Director of Marketing from October 2013 to July 2014. Ben started their career as a Marketing Strategist at MyDROBE from May 2013 to August 2013.

Ben Green attended Trinity College-Hartford, where they pursued a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing, Writing and Rhetoric. During their time in college, they obtained two additional certifications from Facebook: the Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Certification in March 2017 and the Facebook Blueprint Strategic Planning Certification, also in March 2017.
