Katie Redding currently serves as Senior Manager Global HR Technology and Payroll at Gentherm, overseeing the integration of HRIS systems globally and driving HR technology adoption. Prior experience includes roles at Bosch, where Redding managed US and Canadian payroll services and led payroll teams, as well as project management and HRIS responsibilities. Additional roles encompass HRIS specialization at ZF TRW and various HR coordination and recruitment functions at Eastern Michigan University. Redding holds a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Michigan University.
