Nitzan Abekasis is an accomplished professional with a strong background in algorithm engineering and computer vision. Currently serving as Algorithm Team Leader and Algorithm Engineer at Gentex Corporation since May 2021, Nitzan has previous experience as an Algorithm Engineer at Rail Vision Ltd from April 2019 to May 2021. Prior to this, Nitzan worked as a Software CV Engineer Student at Israel Aerospace Industries from April 2018 to March 2019. Nitzan holds a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, awarded in 2020.
