Brian Fowler is an experienced acoustics professional, currently serving as Principal System Engineer at Gentex Corp. since 2018, where key contributions include the development of a localization test capability and a MATLAB-based software suite for acoustic calibration. Prior to Gentex, Brian was an Acoustic Engineer at Triton Systems, leading a Navy project and winning funding through SBIR proposals. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Acoustic Engineer at Motorola Solutions, focusing on audio integration for communication devices, and research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where work involved advanced beamforming techniques. Brian holds a Master of Engineering in Acoustics and a BA in Integrative Arts with a focus on Music Technology, both from Penn State University.
