Rick Sonshine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and construction. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at GenStone Realty since October 2020, Rick also holds the position of President and Owner at Lexar Construction since March 2012, where oversight of all construction project facets, client engagement, and collaboration with designers and tradesmen are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Financial Services Professional at Midwest Legacy Group, Project Manager at Aldridge Electric's O'Hare division, and President/Owner of Dry Clean 365, where customer service excellence and team management were emphasized. Rick's career began as a Futures Broker and Risk Manager for nearly two decades. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Illinois State University, completed in 1991.
