Paul Attwood has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 as an Officer in the Royal Marines until 1999. Following this, they worked as an Athlete for the British Bobsleigh and Skeleton Association from 1997 until 2002. Paul then joined Genric in 2010, where they initially served as a Senior Consultant until 2011. Paul later became the Director of Operations until September 2023, at which point they transitioned to the role of President, which they currently hold.

Paul Attwood attended the University of Plymouth from 1988 to 1991 and received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with Honors in Civil. Prior to that, they attended The Royal Latin School, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
