Louise Gear has extensive experience in the transport markets, currently serving as Director - Transport Markets and Head of Global Sales at GenPhoenix since March 2016. Prior to this, Louise held various roles at Zodiac Aerospace from October 2002 to March 2016, including Business Development Director and Senior Programme Manager, where responsibilities included managing new seating opportunities and complex programmes in the Europe and CIS region. Earlier career experience includes a Product Manager position at Gloster from 2000 to 2002 and a Logistics/Planning Manager role at Courtaulds Textiles from 1989 to 2000. Louise Gear holds an MBA from the University of Bath (2007-2011) and a BSc in Ecology from Lancaster University (1985-1988).
