Michael Prasad serves as Vice President at GENPACT, with a focus on Finance Transformation, ERP consulting, and Transformation Consulting since January 2012. Previously, Michael held the position of Assistant Vice President in the same company, contributing to similar areas. Prior to GENPACT, Michael worked at Oracle from September 2001 to January 2012, serving as Consulting Practice Manager for EMEA Add-on Localizations and as Product Quality Assurance Manager overseeing various QA teams. Earlier experience includes a role as Finance Officer at ITI Limited, managing financial and costing sections, and as Assistant Audit Manager at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in audits of nationalized banks and transport corporations. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from Alagappa University and has qualifications from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
