Rebecca Lachs is a Scientific Data Analyst at Genospace since April 2017, focusing on data transformation, harmonization, and modeling, as well as customer needs assessment and process analysis. Previously, Rebecca held the same role as a Data Science Intern at Genospace. Rebecca served as the Chief Managing Editor for Breakthrough, the Tufts Undergraduate Research Journal, and was a member of the Tufts Varsity Women’s Fencing Team. An internship at Sanofi Genzyme involved assessing PBMC database stability and conducting functional assays. Additional experience includes a role as Publicity Director for the Tufts Undergraduate Research Journal and a Research Intern position at the Brain and Behavior Laboratory at the Nathan Kline Institute, where Rebecca contributed to research on Parkinson’s disease. Rebecca is educated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University and a Data Science certificate from Harvard University.
