Aditi Sarkar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of microbiology. Aditi currently works as a Scientist at GenMark Diagnostics, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Aditi was the QC Microbiology Supervisor at Natural Alternatives International from September 2010 to November 2021. Aditi also worked briefly as a QA Supervisor at Dexcom in 2010. Aditi's earlier experience includes roles as a QC Analyst II at Artes Medical from January 2007 to January 2009, a QC Analyst at AllerMed Laboratories from March 2005 to December 2006, a Product Specialist at Zimmer, India from June 2001 to March 2003, a Product Specialist II at Lyka Labs Limited from January 2001 to May 2001, and a Product Specialist at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited from June 1999 to December 2000.

Aditi Sarkar has a diverse educational background in the field of pharmaceuticals and regulatory affairs. In 1997, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from SIES College of Management Studies. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, with a focus on General Microbiology, from the University of Mumbai.

Additionally, in 2007, Aditi Sarkar completed a Regulatory Affairs Course at UCSD Extension to further enhance their knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.

Aditi also holds a certification in "Introduction to Statistics: Descriptive Statistics," obtained from edX in February 2013.
