Kimberley Bartra has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Genmab. Prior to this role, Kimberley held several senior leadership positions at Bank of America, including SVP, Human Resources Executive, and SVP, Head of GCIB & Global Markets Talent Acquisition, as well as Senior Vice President, Retail Preferred & Small Business Banking Talent Acquisition Manager II. Kimberley Bartra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Rutgers University.
